Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all S.P.C.C tags and labels are intact and included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
